Robert Rosado, Kyoshi, 8th Dan

Founder of Den Bushi-Jutsu

Born in the Bronx, New York, Kyoshi Robert Rosado started his martial arts journey in 1969, since then he has had the blessing to have trained and met with many great masters where he has trained in various arts.

He is Founder and President to Den Bushi-Jutsu and the Christian Martial Arts Homeschool program, a direct student to Hanshi Anthony (Tony) Sandoval, founder to the Sandoval Karate Kobudo Federation and Americas Hakutsuru System.    Appointed as Regional Director to the Caribbean by Hanshi Sandoval to oversee the federation’s matters, Kyoshi Rosado is the only authorized representative in Puerto Rico to certify in Hakutsuru and the Sandoval Karate Kobudo Federation.

Kyoshi Rosado holds 8th dan in shorin ryu, Master Instructor License in Hakutsuru, 6th dan in Shimei Jui Jitsu/Shintoyoshin. Here are just some of the Instructors and organizations which he has attained rank from:

Renshi Juan Galarza first martial arts experience started with Judo back in 1977. Two years latter he found himself in a Kung Fu school where he dedicated another 2 years in this art. He then spent 5 years training Ninjutsu out in a school in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico, after this venture he met Sensei Rosado and since then he has dedicated to Okinawan Karate, Shorin Ryu, Tuite and all the other arts that Den Bushi-Jutsu has to offer.

He has attained the title of Renshi with the rank of 4th dan, additionally; he has also accomplished the certification of Master Instructors License from Hanshi Sandoval, where he is also a member to Hanshi Sandoval’s federation. 

Renshi Galarza is an inductee to 2 Hall of fames, the last one being UMAA Hall of Fame celebrated in NC 2007.

From Kyokushinkai to an offshoot of Shorinji-ryu, Sensei Dominic has acquirer a great amount of experience for one who has been training since 1976.

His passion for the arts have led him to continually seek additional knowledge and it is where he has been a student to Kyoshi Rosado since 1997. Dedication to his family and his martial arts is tops among his virtues, as a soft-spoken man, there is no denial that there is much one can learn from him.
